The screw and barrel are made from 38CrMoAlA nitriding steel (Hardness ≥740HV/940HV), offering exceptional wear and corrosion resistance. This ensures stable extrusion and long service life, especially for abrasive or sticky materials like TPU.

• Independent 3-Roll Calender with Mirror Finish

The 3-roll calender (∮320mm×500mm) features independently controlled, mirror-finished rolls (Hardness RC60-65). With separate temperature and speed control, it provides precise cooling and calendering, resulting in sheets with outstanding flatness, smoothness, and consistent thickness.

• All-in-One Line with Laminating & Winding for Turnkey Operation

This complete line integrates a laminating unit for protective film application and a dual-station turret winder for continuous, efficient roll changing. The compact design minimizes footprint while the centralized SIEMENS/OMRON control panel simplifies operation and monitoring.

A: Yes, we provide on-machine testing services. An additional testing fee will be charged based on testing costs (electricity, labor, etc.).

Q: How do you ensure the machine runs well in the factory?

A: If you need assistance with installation and staff training, we can send engineers overseas to solve all problems. Commissioning normally takes 7-8 days, excluding travel time. Overseas customers are responsible for the round-trip airfare, wages, accommodation, and safety of the commissioning personnel.

Q: What about the one-year warranty after-sales service?

A: Free replacement of parts within one year (excluding damage caused by human error). Maintenance or replacement of parts after one year will only incur cost charges. Lifetime technical support is provided.
