Quality and Acceptance Requirements:
1. The seller shall produce and inspect the equipment in accordance with the relevant technical standards and quality acceptance standards agreed upon by both parties.
	
2. The seller guarantees that the goods provided are brand new, unused, made with the most suitable materials and production processes, and meet the quality, specifications, and performance requirements stipulated in the contract in all aspects. The seller guarantees that the products have been correctly installed and operated.
	
3. Acceptance requirements shall be met. Upon completion of commissioning, normal operation of the production line, and qualification of the products, both parties shall jointly sign the equipment verification record.
1. The seller shall provide the buyer with an installation diagram of the complete set of equipment; and, according to the buyer's requirements, dispatch technical personnel to the buyer's site to guide and assist in the installation, commissioning of the equipment, and training of operators until the buyer's operators can independently produce qualified products.
	
2. After installation and when trial operation is possible, the supplier shall provide on-site training for equipment operators as needed.
	
3. The buyer shall prepare for equipment installation according to the foundation installation drawings provided by the supplier, the detailed list of auxiliary facilities to be prepared by the user, and the material purchasing guide. The buyer shall actively cooperate with the supplier's service personnel. Water, electricity, and gas lines shall be laid to the designated locations according to the actual requirements during installation, and all materials for production shall be prepared. If the conditions for trial operation are not met, the supplier's trial operation personnel shall return.
	
4. The supplier's service personnel shall leave the factory within 2-5 days after receiving the buyer's initial installation or trial operation notification (limited to domestic customers within 900 kilometers; special circumstances such as overseas customers will be discussed separately).
	
5. The supplier shall meet the contract delivery period required by the buyer. The equipment's operating direction and exterior paint color can be customized according to the buyer's requirements.
	
6. Subsequent maintenance or spare parts will only incur cost charges. The supplier will provide the buyer with comprehensive production process technical services.
	
7. During equipment installation and commissioning, all costs related to earthwork, timber, construction, and hoisting of mechanical equipment shall be borne by the buyer.
	
8. Under normal circumstances, commissioning will take 7-8 days (excluding travel time; for overseas clients, the buyer shall be responsible for the round-trip airfare and wages of the commissioning personnel). The buyer shall be responsible for the accommodation, meals, and safety of the commissioning personnel.
