Utilizing a φ80-φ156 conical twin-screw design, the progressive compression ratio perfectly matches the characteristics of PVC powder. The screw is made of alloy steel with nitriding treatment, increasing wear resistance by 40% and ensuring stability during long-term continuous production. A high torque output of 16000 N.m easily handles highly filled PVC formulations.


PVC/ASA Dual-Material Co-extrusion Technology

The main extruder processes the PVC base layer, while the auxiliary extruder precisely measures the ASA top layer material. A perfect interlayer bonding is achieved through a YJM1300 distributor. An 800mm long shaping die, combined with a vacuum adsorption and water cooling system, ensures precise wave structure forming and uniform cooling. The traction system uses styrene-butadiene rubber rollers, providing a maximum traction force of 20KN, ensuring the product does not deform or stretch during traction.

The entire line uses a centralized control system, achieving synchronized speeds of the main and auxiliary machines, precise temperature control, and automatic length cutting. The ASA layer primarily provides weather resistance, UV resistance, and color stability.
