QINGDAO EASTSTAR Completes Customized PC/PS/ABS Lamp Cover Production Line for Turkish Client, Supporting Lighting Industry Upgrade

We recently completed a customized PC/PS/ABS lamp cover production line project for a lighting industry client. This specialized equipment is designed for producing various plastic lamp cover products. The production line uses an SJ50/30 single-screw extruder as its core, equipped with three sets of customized dies, achieving an adjustable production speed of 1-10m/min. This mature plastic lamp cover equipment demonstrates our technological strength in the lighting accessories manufacturing field, providing a reliable production solution for our client.

The core extrusion system of this PC/PS/ABS lamp cover production line features an optimized screw design with a 50mm diameter and a 30:1 L/D ratio, specifically optimized for the properties of engineering plastics such as PC, PS, and ABS. The extruder screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAIA material, with a nitriding depth of 0.4-0.7mm and a hardness exceeding HV940. The lamp cover production line is equipped with an 11KW AC motor, using a Weichuang frequency converter for precise speed control, ensuring uniform and stable melt flow.

The mold system of the PC/PS/ABS lamp cover production line is customized according to customer-provided samples and drawings, ensuring accurate product dimensions. The vacuum forming table is equipped with a 2400mm long stainless steel water tray, using a 2.2KW vacuum pump and a 0.75KW water pump for precise cooling and forming. The traction machine has an effective clamping length of 800mm, a speed range of 1-15m/min, and is driven by a 1.5KW motor, ensuring smooth product traction. These professional configurations guarantee that the lamp cover equipment produces products with consistent dimensions and excellent surface quality.

The entire plastic lamp cover production line also includes an automatic feeding and drying system, a precision cutting machine, and a complete electrical control system. The cutting machine employs pneumatic clamping and cutting, equipped with 9CrSI material circular blades or grinding wheels, and driven by a 1.1KW motor for automatic meter-counting cutting. The electrical control system of the PC/PS/ABS lamp cover production line uses high-quality components such as Siemens low-voltage electrical appliances and Omron temperature controllers to ensure long-term stable operation.

We provide comprehensive technical support and services for the lamp cover production line. The equipment is 18 meters long, 1000mm high, and has an installed capacity of approximately 50KW, suitable for most production workshop layouts. The plastic lamp cover equipment is also equipped with a vacuum feeding and hot air drying system to ensure the stability of raw material processing. We provide a full-process service from equipment installation and commissioning to operation training to ensure customers can quickly master the equipment operation skills.
