Description: The screw is made of 38CrMoALA nitrided steel, deeply nitrided (hardness ≥740HV), wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Combined with 8-zone barrel temperature control (±1℃), it ensures uniform plasticization of HIPS/ABS materials, reducing thickness fluctuations from the source and improving yield.
Description: ∮450mm×2200mm large-diameter mirror-finish rollers (hardness RC60-65) with independent temperature control and drive systems. Uniform and constant roller surface temperature allows for rapid shaping and elimination of flow marks, key to producing high-quality appliance casings and advertising boards.
Description: Equipped with an HW-180 hydraulic screen changer, it allows for rapid screen replacement without stopping the machine, greatly reducing waste and downtime. The entire line uses ABB frequency conversion speed regulation to achieve precise synchronization from calendering and traction to cutting, supporting 24/7 continuous and stable production.
