Polyamide (PA) Sheet Extrusion Production Line Loaded into Container

Today, our polyamide PA sheet extrusion production line was loaded into a container and shipped to Africa. This production line is specifically designed for processing high-performance engineering plastics, meeting the demands of industrial and technical applications for high strength, abrasion resistance, and thermal stability in polyamide (PA) sheets.

This PA sheet production line utilizes a high-torque, high L/D ratio single-screw extruder with a specially designed screw geometry for efficient melting and homogenization of PA resin. To overcome the material's hygroscopicity, the production line is equipped with a comprehensive dehumidification and drying system and a closed-loop feeding device to ensure the material is in optimal condition before extrusion. A precision flat die employs multi-zone temperature control to ensure uniform melt distribution; downstream equipment, including a multi-roll calender and a long cooling conveyor, is designed to ensure dimensional uniformity and a smooth surface finish on the extruded PA sheets.
