The mold flow channel is chrome-plated and polished to ensure uniform melt distribution. The calender uses φ400mm mirror-finish rollers with a surface roughness of Ra≤0.025μm. It precisely regulates roller temperature through an independent temperature control system.

What about electrical control?


The electrical control system of this TPE anti-slip mat equipment is centered around Omron temperature controllers, Siemens/Schneider low-voltage electrical components, and Inovance frequency converters. This TPE elastomer sheet production line can also flexibly produce various mat materials with widths of 600–1000mm, meeting various customer needs.
