Qingdao EASTSTAR Successfully Delivers High-Efficiency PP/PS Seedling Tray Sheet Production Line

Today, Qingdao Dongxing factory successfully packed a complete PP/PS seedling tray sheet production line, which will soon be shipped to the customer's overseas factory.

This delivered PP/PS sheet production line boasts superior performance and high stability. Its core equipment is the SJ-65-30/1 single-screw extruder, whose 30:1 length-to-diameter ratio ensures full plasticization and achieves a stable output of 60-120 kg/hour. Equipped with a precision MJ-350 flat die, the production line can produce PP/PS sheets with thicknesses of 0.3-2 mm, perfectly suited for seedling trays of various sizes. To ensure excellent sheet surface finish and dimensional accuracy—crucial for high-quality tray forming—the production line integrates a BF-600 three-roll calender, with each roll equipped with an independent temperature control system. This PP/PS seedling tray sheet equipment is designed to provide the material consistency required for efficient, automated seedling tray thermoforming processes.

Before the shipment, the customer visited our factory and witnessed the trial operation of the plastic sheet production line. Now that the PP/PS seedling tray sheet production line has been loaded and shipped, our focus will shift to the next stage of after-sales support.
