Customer Visits Qingdao EASTSTAR Factory for On-Site Trial Run of PP/PS Seedling Tray Sheet Production Line

We were honored to host a customer who visited our Qingdao EASTSTAR factory to observe the commissioning and operation of our PP/PS seedling tray sheet production line. The customer witnessed the actual operation of the machine, experienced its performance firsthand, and engaged in in-depth technical discussions.

Explanation to customer

During the testing process, our engineering team conducted a comprehensive commissioning of the sheet production line. The customer observed the complete process from raw material feeding to the final production of high-quality PP/PS sheet rolls.

This plastic sheet production line can process raw materials such as PP/PE/PS/PET/PVC (including granules or crushed materials), with a production capacity ranging from 60-120 kg/hour. The production line is reliably configured, including an SJ-65-30/1 single-screw extruder (L/D ratio 30:1), a sheet die with an effective width of 350mm (suitable for products with a thickness of 0.3-2mm), and a three-roll polishing machine (roller diameter 320mm, mirror finish). The core components utilize electrical systems from well-known domestic and international brands, such as Siemens and Omron, as well as high-torque gear reducers and screw barrels from professional manufacturers. This PP/PS seedling tray sheet production line offers comprehensive after-sales service, including installation guidance, commissioning, and operation training, ensuring customers can stably and efficiently produce high-quality plastic sheets.

The customer was very satisfied with the commissioning of our equipment, and we packaged it on the same day, ready to order and ship it.

Packaging

In addition to producing seedling tray raw material rolls, the PP/PS sheet production line can also produce:

a. PP and PS blister sheets: PP and PS single-layer sheets, PP and PS co-extruded two-color sheets, PP double-sided high-transparency sheets, etc., for the blister packaging industry.

b. PP and PS stationery sheets: PP transparent sheets, frosted sheets (coarse and fine sand), two-color sheets, etc., for the stationery packaging industry.

c. Conductive PS sheets: Primarily used in semiconductor, electronic, computer, and communication products, especially for packaging accessories or equipment requiring dust-free, static-free, discharge protection, and shielding against electromagnetic wave/radio frequency interference.

d. PP and PS packaging sheets ：Mainly used for the outer packaging of cosmetics, children's toys, hardware tools, and agricultural seedling containers, etc.

The PP/PS sheet equipment will be loaded into containers and shipped in a few days. We hope our customers can start production as soon as possible and achieve their desired results.
