PC+ASA Co-extrusion Corrugated Sheet Production Line: A High-Efficiency, Weather-Resistant Building Material Manufacturing Solution

In the building materials industry, PC+ASA co-extruded corrugated sheets, with their excellent weather resistance, impact resistance, and long lifespan, are gradually becoming the preferred roofing material for industrial plants, agricultural greenhouses, and other buildings. This line integrates extrusion, co-extrusion, shaping, traction, and cutting, achieving efficient and stable continuous production.

The core equipment of the PC+ASA co-extrusion corrugated sheet production line includes two single-screw extruders, SJ-120 and SJ-40, used for extruding the PC layer and ASA layer, respectively. The SJ-120 extruder uses a 38CrMoAlA nitrided screw and has a PC processing capacity of 380 kg/hour; the SJ-40 extruder is suitable for ASA materials, with a maximum output of 40 kg/hour. Both machines are equipped with Jiangsu Beide motors and Senlan frequency converters to ensure a stable and controllable extrusion process.

The coat hanger-type co-extrusion die head and AB distributor are key components of the PC+ASA co-extrusion corrugated sheet equipment. The die head width reaches 1200mm, with a thickness adjustment range of 1-3mm. The flow channel undergoes mirror-finish hard chrome plating to ensure a smooth and uniform sheet surface. The distributor enables a double-layer co-extrusion structure of PC and ASA, enhancing the corrugated sheet's aging resistance and mechanical strength.

The auxiliary system of the PC+ASA co-extrusion corrugated sheet production line includes a shaping die, a traction machine, and a cutting unit. An 800mm long water-cooled shaping die, combined with cylinder lifting, achieves rapid tile shaping; styrene-butadiene rubber traction rollers provide a maximum traction force of 20KN, with a production speed of 0-4000mm/min; the cutting machine uses a blade cutting method to ensure consistent tile length. The entire line is equipped with a die electrical box and 10-zone temperature control to ensure process stability.
