The SJ-70/35 auxiliary extruder is equipped with a 45KW motor, a screw diameter of 70mm, and an L/D ratio of 35:1, specifically for the precise extrusion of functional layers. The screw and barrel of the ABS co-extrusion sheet equipment are made of 38CrMoAL nitrided steel, with hardness reaching HV950 and HV1050, ensuring wear resistance and long-term stability when processing engineering plastics.
The die system of the ABS multi-layer co-extrusion sheet production line adopts a coat hanger-type flow channel design, with a die width of 2200mm and equipped with a precision distributor to ensure uniform material distribution in each layer. The three-roll calender is equipped with Φ450×2500mm mirror-finish rollers, with a roller surface hardness of HRC58-62 and a chrome plating thickness of 0.08mm. A special multi-channel design ensures uniform temperature. The roller temperature control system uses softened purified water as the medium, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, and is equipped with three 2.2KW hot water pumps and three sets of 12KW heaters to provide a precise temperature environment for sheet forming.
The entire multi-layer co-extrusion production line also includes two hydraulic screen changers, an 8-meter cooling support, and a traction cutting system. The screen changer uses Taiwanese hydraulic components, enabling screen changes without stopping the machine. The traction machine is equipped with Φ240×2500mm nitrile rubber rollers, driven by a 2.2KW motor, achieving synchronous speed regulation with the three rollers. The electrical control system of the ABS co-extrusion sheet equipment uses a Siemens S7 series PLC and touch screen, combined with an ABB frequency converter, to ensure coordinated operation of the entire line.

The SJ-130 extruder is equipped with an E-1000 stainless steel screw feeder, and the SJ-70 extruder is equipped with an E-300 vacuum feeder, ensuring precise supply of different raw materials. The cooling support is equipped with 8-meter-long stainless steel rollers and three adjustable edge cutters, ensuring sufficient cooling of the sheet and neat edges. The cutting machine uses a mechanical electric shear, equipped with a Korean Autonics encoder, to achieve automatic fixed-length cutting.
