The core extrusion system of this PVC stone plastic flooring production line adopts a conical twin-screw design with screw diameters of 65/132mm, equipped with a 37KW main motor and an ABB variable frequency speed control system. The extruder screw and barrel are nitrided with 38CrMoAIA, with a nitriding layer depth of 0.4-0.7mm and hardness reaching HV740 and HV940 respectively, ensuring the wear resistance and stability of the equipment when processing high-filler raw materials. The heating system of the PVC stone-plastic flooring equipment uses cast aluminum heating coils with a total power of 24KW, coupled with centrifugal fan cooling, to achieve precise temperature control.

The vacuum forming platform of the PVC stone-plastic flooring production line adopts a 6000mm long stainless steel structure, equipped with a 5.5KW vacuum pump and a 2.2KW water pump to ensure stable product forming. The traction cutting integrated machine adopts a dual-track traction method, equipped with silicone traction blocks, with an effective track length of 2100mm and a traction speed of 0.5-6m/min. The stone-plastic flooring production line is also equipped with a 3000mm stainless steel unloading device to realize automated production processes. The entire PVC stone plastic flooring production line is also equipped with SHR-Z300/600 high and low mixing units. The hot mixer has a volume of 300L and is equipped with a 55KW motor and ABB frequency conversion speed regulation. The cold mixer has a volume of 600L and is equipped with an 11KW motor. The production line also includes an LM-1000 sander and a BF350B-PUR-IV coating machine. The sander has a maximum processing width of 1000mm, and the coating machine has a maximum processing film width of 350mm, covering the complete production process from raw material processing to surface decoration.

The coating machine adopts a professional PUR glue melting and supply system, equipped with three-sided preheating, air shaft, electromagnetic brake system, and photoelectric correction system, achieving high-quality decorative film coating. The sander is equipped with a 22KW motor for the first sanding frame and an 11KW motor for the second sanding frame, with sanding belt linear speeds reaching 20m/s and 18m/s respectively, ensuring optimal floor surface treatment results.
