Following a visit and inspection by a North African client, QINGDAO EASTSTAR PVC Flexural Curtain Equipment was successfully exported.

We are delighted that, after hosting a visit and inspection by a North African client at the end of July this year, we successfully signed an export contract for a PVC flexible curtain production line in November. The PVC flexible curtain equipment in this contract is specifically designed for the North African market. During their visit, the client expressed high appreciation for the professional raw material formula we provided, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation. This PVC flexible curtain production line will help the client establish the first large-scale flexible curtain production base in the region.

The PVC flexible curtain equipment in this contract was optimized and improved based on the specific needs raised by the client during their visit. The core of the production line uses an SJ90×33 single-screw extruder, equipped with three sets of coat hanger-style sheet molds of different specifications, capable of producing flexible curtain products in widths of 200mm, 300mm, and 400mm. The client particularly appreciated our PVC flexible curtain production line raw material formula, which ensures that the product maintains excellent flexibility and transparency under high-temperature environments.

During their visit at the end of July, the North African client focused on understanding the technical features and performance advantages of the PVC flexible door curtain production line. The production line is equipped with an SJ90×33 single-screw extruder using a 38CrMoAIA nitrided screw and barrel, with a nitriding layer depth of 0.4-0.7mm and a hardness exceeding HV740. The electrical control system of the PVC flexible door curtain equipment uses Siemens contactors, Omron intelligent temperature controllers, and Weichuang frequency converters to ensure stable and reliable equipment operation. The client expressed approval of our professional raw material formula, believing it effectively guarantees product quality.

The PVC flexible door curtain production line's three-roll calender adopts a vertical structure, equipped with ∮320×800mm mirror-finish rollers with a roller hardness of RC60-65. The production line also includes a 5-meter cooling support, a rubber roller traction machine, and a dual-station winding system, realizing a complete process flow from raw materials to finished products. During their site visit, the client highly praised the production efficiency and product quality of the PVC flexible curtain equipment, creating favorable conditions for the formal signing in November.

We provided comprehensive technical support for our North African client's PVC flexible curtain production line project. In addition to the equipment itself, we provided complete raw material formulations, production processes, and operational training programs. The client appreciated our professional technical services, especially the product formulation optimized for local climate conditions, which will ensure that the produced flexible curtains are adaptable to the local environment.

This PVC flexible curtain equipment has a total power of 90KW and a production line length of 16.4 meters. Production and shipment are expected to be completed within 35-40 working days after the contract is signed. We will continue to maintain close communication with the client to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and commissioning of the equipment.
