Great news from Qingdao Eaststar – we’ve just shipped out a high-performance ABS co-extrusion sheet production line to a customer in Southeast Asia! The line has been fully tested, packed up, and is now on its way to their factory.

So, what makes this ABS Co-extrusion Line so good?

ABS Co-extrusion Line’s built around a reliable dual-extrusion setup (we call it the 120+60 model). The main extruder is a powerful SJ-120/35 with a 132KW motor, paired with an SJ-60/35 extruder. This combo handles A/B/A or A/B layer structures smoothly and steadily.

We’ve also included some key features:

A hydraulic automatic screen changer (less downtime, more running time)

A precision coat-hanger die (for even material flow)

A wide 1500mm three-roll calender (for that smooth, consistent finish)

All this means the ABS sheets coming off this line are super uniform in thickness and have a really clean surface – exactly what you need for top-quality thermoformed products.

What can ABS Co-extrusion equipment make?

This ABS sheet equipment is specially designed for producing high-grade ABS and HIPS sheets.

Width: up to 1200mm

Thickness: anywhere from 1mm to 6mm

Speed: can run up to 10 meters per minute

Output: over 450 kg per hour at full capacity

It’s a complete, automated system – from dumping in the plastic pellets to winding up the finished sheet. ABS co-extruded multilayer board equipment even recycles the trim edges. This means our customers get faster production and super consistent quality, batch after batch.
