We have specially optimized the screw flow channel, ensuring smooth processing of both SPVC powder and granules. We have also performed deep nitriding treatment on the barrel and screw, making them highly wear-resistant. This allows us to guarantee a high output of 300-400 kg per hour while ensuring long-lasting and low-maintenance equipment. The SPVC flexible sheet equipment features intelligent temperature control and speed regulation, which can be precisely controlled through a clear interface.

How do we ensure sheet quality

Sheet forming quality is key. We equipped this SPVC livestock mat production line with a coat hanger-style gradient flow mold. The mold cavity is mirror-chrome plated and features a finely adjustable die lip to ensure uniform spread of the molten plastic. The subsequent three-roll calendering system allows for independent temperature control of each roller, and the roller surfaces are hardened and polished, resulting in exceptionally smooth sheets with uniform thickness. From extrusion to final winding, This SPVC flexible sheet equipment has achieved full automation, ensuring high efficiency and greater product consistency.
