During the customer's visit, we specifically arranged a production trial demonstration of the POK HIPS sheet extrusion equipment. Through on-site operation, the equipment demonstrated excellent plasticizing and extrusion performance, particularly its stable processing capability for high-requirement raw materials such as POK and HIPS, which garnered close attention and recognition from the customer.

During the commissioning of the POK HIPS sheet production line, we provided the customer with a detailed explanation of the equipment's components and their functions, the corresponding discharge temperature ranges for different raw materials, and in-depth technical discussions regarding formulation adjustments. The entire POK HIPS sheet equipment trial was conducted under the customer's on-site supervision, ensuring a transparent and authentic demonstration.

This plastic extrusion equipment is currently ready for shipment. Upon arrival at the customer's factory, we will send engineers to provide on-site guidance for installation and commissioning. We will also train the customer on the operating procedures, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting of the POK HIPS sheet production line. Our services extend to the entire production process, ensuring operators can independently operate the equipment. We look forward to the customer commencing production soon and consistently producing standard-compliant sheet products.
