The PVC glazing panel equipment uses an SJSZ65/132 conical twin-screw extruder as its core, equipped with an 1150mm coat hanger-type sheet die, achieving a stable output of 300-400kg/h. The core extrusion system of this PVC glazing panel production line adopts a conical twin-screw design with a screw diameter of ∮65/132, specifically optimized for the characteristics of PVC powder. The extruder is equipped with a 5-zone heating system with a heating power of 20KW, using cast aluminum heating coils and forced cooling by a fan. The main motor is a 37kW AC motor, with precise speed regulation achieved through frequency converter control. The vacuum exhaust system of the PVC skylight panel equipment ensures full plasticization of the raw materials, with a vacuum level of 0.4-0.7MPa.

The mold system of the PVC skylight panel production line adopts a coat hanger-style gradient flow channel design, with an effective mold width of 1150mm and equipped with 5-zone heating power of 15kW. The mold flow channel surface is chrome-plated and polished to ensure uniform and smooth extrusion of the sheet. The vertical three-roll calender is equipped with ∮400×1200mm mirror rollers with a roller hardness of RC60-65, and the sheet forming temperature is precisely controlled by a softened water constant temperature system. These mature configurations ensure that the products produced by the PVC skylight panel equipment have stable optical properties and weather resistance.

The entire PVC sheet production line also includes a 6-meter stainless steel cooling bracket, a rubber roller traction machine, and a precision cutting system. The traction machine is equipped with ∮220×1200mm corrosion-resistant rubber rollers, and its speed is linked with the calender through Invt frequency converter control. The cutting system utilizes Korean Autonics encoders to ensure precise sheet cutting. The electrical control system of the PVC skylight production line employs high-quality components such as Siemens contactors and Omron temperature controllers to guarantee long-term stable operation.


Complete Supporting Systems Ensure Continuous Production


We have equipped the PVC skylight production line with a complete raw material processing system. The SHR-L-300/600 mixer includes a 300L hot mixer and a 600L cold mixer. The hot mixer uses a 30KW motor with an adjustable paddle speed of 50-760r/min, while the cold mixer is equipped with a 5.5KW motor to ensure thorough mixing of raw materials. The PVC skylight production line is also equipped with a stainless steel screw feeder, crusher, and mill, realizing a complete process flow from raw material processing to finished product output.

This PVC sheet production line has a total installed capacity of 140KW and an actual operating power consumption of 80-90KW/H, demonstrating good energy-saving performance. The equipment adopts a modular design with installation dimensions of 21×2.5×2.5 meters, suitable for most production workshop layouts.
