PVC Honeycomb Board Production Line Introduction:

1. This machine is designed and manufactured based on the working principle of hot-pressing equipment. The technological process includes unwinding, feeding, heating, compression molding and slitting. All platens are machined by machining centers to ensure dimensional accuracy of all hole positions. All vertical columns are quenched and hard chrome-plated to guarantee excellent sliding performance and wear resistance. The machine control system supports manual and automatic modes. All movements can be operated individually under manual mode.

2: The feeding motor is servo-driven with a power of 2 kW.

3:The unwinding system adopts a 0.37 kW reduction motor matched with a reducer to ensure stable unwinding speed.

4: Built-in stainless steel heating system: fast temperature rise and low power consumption. The temperature can be freely adjusted according to different material thicknesses.

5: All mechanical parts are manufactured and processed in-house. The electrical automatic control system adopts PLC control.

6: This machine adopts hydraulic balanced distribution design for improved overall balance. It eliminates the uneven height deviation between left and right sides during production and extends the service life of molds.
