Production Process of Great Wall Panel machine

Raw Material Mixing: PVC resin, wood powder, stabilizer, lubricant, color masterbatch, etc., are mixed at high speed to the set temperature and automatically unloaded.

Melt Extrusion: The mixed materials enter the extruder, where they are sheared, plasticized, and degassed before being extruded through a die to form Great Wall panel sections.

Vacuum Shaping: The extruded profiles enter the vacuum shaping table, where vacuum adsorption and forced cooling rapidly solidify to ensure dimensions and appearance.

Traction Conveying: A crawler traction machine smoothly conveys the material, avoiding surface damage and maintaining extrusion stability.

Stop-Length Cutting: The cutting machine is synchronized with the traction machine, automatically cutting to a set length (e.g., 6m).

Surface Treatment (Optional): Coating/printing imparts a wood-look texture and wear-resistant layer.

Stacking: Finished products are automatically flipped and stacked, completing the production process.
