Recently, our high-performance PE coated pipe production line has successfully completed its final factory trial run!

On-site, following the startup of the entire line, the equipment operated smoothly and efficiently. From feeding and extrusion to precise coating, cooling and shaping, and finally to smooth winding, the entire process was seamless and smooth. On-site testing confirmed that the coated pipe products produced by the trial run had a smooth surface, uniform coating thickness, and wall thickness tolerances that perfectly met the customer's preset standards. All performance indicators met design requirements!

This successful trial run indicates that the equipment is fully qualified for factory delivery and is ready for packaging and shipment.
